We do not store phone numbers

When you enter a phone number, we convert it into a scrambled code using a secret key and then discard the number itself. We keep only the last three digits, so a page can show “••• 123” for recognition. We cannot read the original number back from the code.

Ratings are anonymous

The person you rate never sees who rated them. When a worker is notified of a new rating, the message contains no date, no job details, and nothing that identifies the person who left it.

What we keep

The name, trade, and area you enter for a worker; the stars and comment on a rating; and basic technical logs to keep the service safe. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

If you are listed, you can claim your page or ask us to remove it entirely by verifying your number. For any request about your information, email hello@ogarank.com.
