What OgaRank is

OgaRank is a place where people share honest opinions about service providers they have hired. Ratings are the personal opinions of the people who leave them. They are not statements of fact by OgaRank, and OgaRank does not verify the work described.

When you leave a rating

You may only rate someone you have actually dealt with and whose phone number you hold. You confirm that what you write is true and is your honest opinion. Describe the work. Do not accuse anyone of a crime, and do not post private information about anyone.

If you are rated

You can claim your page to reply to ratings and add your details. Genuine ratings are not deleted, but you can reply to any of them. If a rating breaks these terms, you can report it and we will review it. You can also ask us to remove your page entirely, without creating an account, by verifying your number.

Reporting and takedown

Report anything that is false, that accuses someone of a crime, or that exposes private details. We review reports and can hold or remove content while we do. To raise a formal dispute, email hello@ogarank.com.
